Method

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mix with the chopped tomato, green chilli, chaat masala, and lemon juice.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the filling onto one Monaco-style biscuit.
  3. Top with a little chutney, ketchup, or sev if you like.
  4. Place a second biscuit on top and press lightly to make a sandwich.
  5. Serve soon after assembling so the biscuits stay crisp.
